The Law of Attraction and the Ultradian Rest Response

Few things are as important to ‘attraction’ (or rather your act of ‘creation’) as what some scientists call the ‘ultradian rest response’. You may have never heard of this before, but it’s one of the keys to bringing about in your life what you want to see.
You see, there is a great difference between ‘thinking’ and ‘knowing’. Thinking is a purely intellectual activity. It mainly takes place as electrochemical processes in your body and brain.
‘Knowing’ on the other hand, transcends intellect. It is what is often called ‘intuition’. Intuition is often defined as ‘immediate knowing’, without the conscious use of reasoning. There is no sequence of thoughts following up on each other leading to an outcome. It’s just there, instantly. Bang! You suddenly get it.
“Aha!”
It appears to be stemming from a whole different source of awareness compared to the ‘rational mind’ or intellect that we tend to use so much in our lives.
In our modern societies, we find ourselves under so much pressure to ignore intuition and to rationalize everything that happens. We’d rather go with our ‘heads’ than go with our ‘hearts’. We learn that from an early age in our education system, which puts the main focus on the left part of the brain, the intellectual and analytical part.
As a consequence, if you’re like most people, you tend to ‘overrationalize’ everything. You regularly get the feeling that you want to do something, and it really makes your heart sing. But then your intellect rears its ugly head, and suppresses the ‘intuitive knowing’ you just experienced by using the limiting thoughts and emotions that have been dominating your being and thinking for long. You start to think and feel things like:
“Oh dear, who am I to think I can do that?”
“Oh my, what will my mother say?”
“Goodness, what will the boys at the bar think if I do that?”
“Dear me, my parents will get angry for not doing something with my education…”
“That can’t be right. Scientists say that this is not true. Who am I to think otherwise?”
Thoughts like this have ruled most people for all their lives and forced them into submission. The repetition that has been going on for years has created ‘habits’ to go with the ‘head’ all the time instead of the ‘heart’. The moment you have intuitive knowing and your heart starts to sing, you immediately begin to doubt it and you’re pulled back into line.
“I can’t do that, it’s not responsible. What about my job?”
“I’d love to do this, but…”
“If I could ever do this… Nah, I can’t do that. I must have gone mad.”
“What will the neighbours think?”
You’re systematically pulled in line, back to the image of artificially imposed norms of what ’society’ or others think you are supposed to be. It is ignoring the deepest core of yourself, and the intelligence of the magnitude that you are deep inside.
When you look at it this way, it’s not a surprise that your intuition is often at odds with what you think. The intuitive knowing stems from a source that has a much greater overview, the bigger picture. It sees what the ‘knowing’ and associated action will lead to. The rational intellect always has a limited perspective that is quite likely even coloured by societal and religious ‘norms’, or ‘bad memories’ of certain events, which itself are often limited interpretations of what were actually stepping stones into a whole new reality.
Ernest Rossi, Ph.D., is an internationally renowned psychotherapist, teacher, and pioneer in the field of mind/body healing. In his book The Psychobiology of Mind/Body Healing, he describes how during an ultradian rest response your body goes into a mode that makes you more receptive to the unconscious parts of your being:
“This is the time when it is easiest to access our own intuition, your own internal imagery. Thoughts are most likely to be closer to the unconscious. This is a time when the unconscious wants all the energy it can get. If you train yourself to just watch and observe and not intrude, you are going to fall into what is called ‘reverie’ or ‘hypnagogic state’, what I call its more naturally intuitive state.”
So when do you ‘know’ instead of just ‘think’? How can you distinguish?
Well, it’s largely a feeling, but Dr. Laurie Nadel gives you some hints in her book Sixth Sense: Unlocking Your Ultimate Mind Power:
“Do you find yourself losing concentration during certain times of the day? Perhaps it comes as a sudden touch of fatigue, or a subtle mental fuzziness. All of a sudden, you feel droopy. Your eyes may tear. You can’t stop yawning, or you sigh. Maybe you find yourself staring out the window, your mind far away from the tasks at hand. If somebody speaks to you, you find yourself startled by the sound of his voice. Or you don’t understand what was said the first time and ask the speaker to repeat himself.”
According to Dr. Nadel, these are signs that your body is entering the ultradian rest response. At times that this occurs, your body is most attuned to your intuition, as the four main regulatory systems of your body (endocrine system, autonomic nervous system, immune system and neuropeptides in your brain) align to the unconscious, greater levels of yourself.
The clearest memory that comes to mind of experiencing an ultradian rest response myself was during a final math exam back in high school. I had trouble with one of the questions and finally drooped away. It was like I temporarily switched to the realms of ‘no-time’, staring out of the window without being conscious of what was happening around me. Then suddenly some kind of realization kicked in, and I suddenly knew how to get on my way of solving the question that I didn’t seem to understand at first.
This is not something uncommon. Everyone experiences this all the time, probably daily. The trick is to recognize it. Even some of the greatest minds in modern history accepted the importance of intuition:
“The only real valuable thing is intuition.” — Albert Einstein
“It is by logic that we prove, but by intuition that we discover.” – Henri Poincar (one of France’s greatest mathematicians and theoretical physicists)
According to Dr. Nagel, ignoring the signals of the ultradian rest response or trying to suppress them can cause you to become irritable, uncomfortable, and even depressed. However, she emphasizes that if you allow them and flow with them, they can be moments of great inspiration. Here’s what she says:
“This is the best time to take a break rather than forcing yourself to push through the fatigue. You can think of it as your intuition break, time to take a deep breath, close your eyes, and allow impressions from your intuitive right hemisphere [right brain] to flow through your mind. You are working on a project and would like help from your intuition, this is the time to ask for it. It is also a good time to meditate.”
Meditation is not a must. All you need to do is trust your intuition and listen to your inspirations. True enough, you are blessed with an intellectual mind too. But it shouldn’t dominate your intuitive knowing and suppress it.
The thing is that ‘attraction’ doesn’t happen like things just falling out of the sky right on your lap. It often works through inspirations to do something or go somewhere. Your inspirations and hunches point you towards things you can do to bring about the changes in your life that you desire.
Ignore them, and you won’t ‘attract’ what you want. But follow along with them, and magic happens.
And finally, always realize this ‘intuitive knowing’ can be unique to the knower, which is you. What may feel good for you, doesn’t have to feel good for others. Everyone is unique. You will be inspired to do something that is best for you, and that matches what you want. That can be totally different from anyone else. Besides, not everyone wants the same thing, at least if everyone would follow their true ‘wants’, not the ‘wants’ imposed by the image of what others think you should want.
No one should judge or ridicule what another feels is good for him or her, as long as the person never seeks to impose anything on anyone else. That is the freedom of life we need, that will change everyone’s life radically, and the whole world with it.
Gotta go now. I feel an ultradian rest response coming in…

I’m so glad I ran across this blog when I was going through my emails. This has been happening to me very frequently of late and I’ve been worried that I was starting to have mind problems. Now that I know I’ll be sure to follow your suggestion.
What a beautiful and inspiring article. Thank you!
I just was directed to this blog by somebody after talking to them about some things that have been happening concerning finding a job. I have been having all sorts of “intuitive” feelings – not good ones – about this one job. But it is a good job and good pay. Part of me is programmed to accept that and be okay with it. But there is a part of me screaming out to not accept the job. Even though I have believed in coincidences and intuition for years, it is hard to always listen, especially when you’ve got bills staring you in the face and no “solid” reason as to why something is not good for you. But anyway, after reading this, I feel encouraged to follow my intuition. I am going to meet with them today and see where that leads. But I am going to try to stay open to intuitive part of my brain whilst talking to them instead of consciously thinking about how much I need a job.
Yes to Intuition…something I get asked aboout all the time is the relationship between the Holocaust and Law of Attraction…I had to use my “intuition” to come up with the following answer: This topic is used by people who don’t believe in Law of Attraction to try to prove their case. They say “if Law of Attraction is real, did 6,000,000 Jews attract their own death in the holocaust?”
It sounds like a great argument. All LOA gurus don’t like to deal with this argument. Even my own favorite author who is a recognized leader in the LOA movement has responded to this question at her seminars by saying to the questioner who asked about the Holocaust…”why do you choose to ask questions about such negative scenarios which in turn, keeps you focused on resistance in relation to your vibration?”. Now I am paraphrasing what she said but I have definitely caught the flavor of her response and IT IS NOT AN ANSWER.
So where to start to give even a glimpse of a proper answer. I must lay some foundational ground rule assumptions. This all can be looked at as no more than my opinion. I ‘am not saying that this some written in stone answer. It can also be looked at as perspectives of “being’. However, I assure you it is not contrived.
Do adversaries of LOA believe that a human being is just a higher animal form destined to die into nothingness? Do they believe that the “being” that is human has any special powers or is omniscient and omnipotent? In order to understand my explanation, one would have to first believe in this foundational assumption… that “beings” who are human ARE endowed with powers that are omniscient and omnipotent. That foundational belief can be quite a stretch for those who argue against LOA.
O.K. so now, assuming, we have a very “Godlike” being existing in a physical body. We of course must assume that the “being” has NO LIMITATIONS while the physical body IS LIMITED to physical laws.
More questions…Do you believe that you, as a human “being”, can manifest any circumstances at all in your own life? Elsewhere, your life has been represented as your “canvas”. How others view your life is what they are seeing and surmising from the canvas that you have created and are demonstrating.
Now we must entertain areas that become even more questionable to many and those are areas such as mass manifestations, the mass mind, the sub conscious, the super conscious and the choices to which any “being” has access. The choices a being has, are infinite. A human “being” is by no means a simple creature.
A person’s life can be looked at as that individuals “demonstration” or as stated …his or her canvas. The final stroke upon that canvas is the individuals type of departure or “death OF the physical”. There is no death for the “being”.
We have expressions like “the good die young” to quell our sadness when we see young people die in a car accident or in battle or die in some atrocious way. We question the meaning of seemingly senseless deaths, senseless murders, senseless illnesses, senseless disabilities or deformities that babies carry at birth. It is all not senseless. These ARE demonstrations. Could “beings” choose these horrific demonstrations you ask?
Some believe these conditions are inflicted upon the individuals by fate, luck, destiny or God. To believe that is to believe that your life is controlled by outside forces. To understand my answer to this question you would have to believe in manifestation, mass manifestation, freewill, and the omnipotent power of a “being” that is human. You would need an understanding of the subconscious, super conscious, and the mystical magic of this powerful being’s choices of demonstration.
Again this sounds like quite a stretch for the average “human being”. Can your imagination make these “stretches?” The opinion of one’s own self can be high or low or anywhere in between. I, simply, choose …extremely high.
For some individual being to make the choice that his personal demonstration will contain such horrific or atrocious “qualities” is unfathomable for most people. They “believe” that no individual being would choose such a seemingly ugly demonstration of life and death.
Let’s face it, most people don’t believe we choose our type of death or control the time of our death because they do not understand the “being”. They have no connection with their super consciousness and they look at life from quite different perspectives than those that are mentioned here.
Even if you are going along with me purely for the sake of your momentary entertainment, I realize your mind may be spinning and flooded with questions and counter arguments. You might ask and state simultaneously, “this is absurd, no one would choose such horrible demonstrations even if they could”. My response to that is…Who are you to say what the perspectives of an individual omnipotent being would be and what reasons that being might have for making choices that you as a “human” can not fathom. Now we are coming to the point.
There is a difference between the physical human and the all knowing “being”. That understanding can take humans many lifetimes of physical experience to achieve. That understanding is contained by the “being” before and after its physical birth and death. It is an awareness quest that the “human” embarks upon. It has been called enlightenment.
As humans, many of us see death as a tumultuous event. As beings we see death as no big deal. As beings we see death as being no more tumultuous than going to sleep at night and waking up in the morning. To the being it is not only some simple, matter of fact, transition, but it is a welcome transition because the being knows that it returns to what has been called source or the non physical. That place is adored by the being and feared by the human. I am speaking of most humans and all beings.
So now, with all this foundational belief information….I say these mass manifestations in situations like the Holocaust do not put the “victims” at fault. Other evil players, like Hitler, certainly played their part in creating and bringing these events to fruition. Some people with a distorted view of karmic retribution might say that the evil players will reincarnate for eternal lifetimes as a fly in stool. I am not going to get into explanations of karmic lifetimes but I will say that justice does prevail especially in the alternate realms. That justice has been described elsewhere as self inflicted…the most appropriate of all justice.
To the beings who participated, their choices were holy, dignified and superior choices. They are, many times, the choices that only the greatest beings and spirits could make and they often appear as victimization.
These demonstrations are a way of going to war against atrocity and teaching by example for generations to come. These demonstrations expose the perpetrators and defeat them in a way that no war could ever do. And mostly these demonstrations are chosen on a super conscious level totally unbeknown to the human personality. Only the being knows the growth and expansion that it creates through these scenarios. Only the being knows why it chose to be the one to participate, possibly for reasons relating to its own character and journey.
Step outside the “human” box for a few seconds and sense your own omnipotence. At that moment you may sense the magnificence of other beings that have gone before you, are here now and are yet to come.
Any one who has gone into battle in war could have chosen not to do so. There are a multitude of options available to not experience that. Any one who, as they say, fought the hard fight or took the higher road was definitely not taking the easy way or path of least resistance. These questions addressed here are a factor of perceptions. You must look deep to find answers that strictly relate to the “being” and not the human. When you look deep, you will be amazed at the deceptions that the human creates. You will be amazed at how the being operates in these seemingly mystical and omnipotent ways even while in a physical body.
I want to say to my favorite author and LOA expert, that you can not brush these historical incidents under the rug. You can not tell people “oh don’t ask that question and don’t think such negative and resistant thoughts”. You are not giving answers that way. You are just avoiding the question. At times you too prefer the path of least resistance. You worry sometimes that addressing certain issues will be bad press for you. I say practice what you mostly preach.
Seth Manne, the author of this article is also the inspired author of a newly published book entitled “Manifesting The Ultimate: Perfect Health, Massive Wealth, True Love and Infinite Happiness” available at MillionaireInternet.com The book will give you the real story on these answers as they relate to knowledge of SELF.
Cassandra,
I agree totally with you! For the last 6 months I have been working as a sales manager for a small software company, since Christmas, my energy totally shifted..I started feeling down about this job, and anxiety started keeping me up at night! I had a feeling that this line of work was not working out for me because my boss had a hard time paying me on time, everything promised to me was never met..and it just dragged on and on. I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt, and my intuition was screaming at me to get another job!
Well, I should of listened! My boss has not paid me for the last 2 weeks, he even squiggled out of giving me commissions that were due! I called the company tuesday morning this week to find out he was gone to Jamaica for two weeks..oh well..I started looking for a new job immediately! With no income and the savings already gone..I’m on my own! A single mom with a young daughter, a home to keep, I am staying positive and happy in the moment which is the only thing keeping me sane…my feeling is positive and I feel good..even though nothing has appeared on the horizon for me yet! I trust in my intuition now, 100 % that it will lead me to something better!
God Bless!
Ultradidian sounds the same to me as the “alpha” state ??????????
True… True… True…
When I read this, it made a lot of sense. I thought i was going a little senile as I fade out once in a while. Now I suspect it is intuitive knowing. That makes me feel a lot better.
YES, I have often had these ïnsights” when my intuition told me someone’s feelings or reasons for what she was doing.
To Henk & Nicholas….
This is so exciting ! Dr. Nagel’s description of when your body is entering the Ultradian rest response explains the exact same signs I have had many times, and more so, recently. And to realize the connection to intuition is so encouraging, and somewhat of a relief.
It’s so nice to know this information, so thanks for sending it. I will now be more attentive to my intuition when these signs show up….and listen.
Yes, I would have called it the alpha state kicking in, but the best part here is to realize the opportunity. Rather than dismissing that mellow state of being as a distraction, welcome it as the intuitive self knocking on the door with “Hey, I can help here. Got a few minutes to tune into me?” I love that concept! Thanks so much for putting it out here for us.
I have had the same experience, described as ultradian rest response. I call it a tiredness peak. It happens sometimes when I am watching a TV programme I particularly want to see, and I just cannot stay awake. Unfortunately I don’t get any intuitive thoughts.
How about this, though? It just occurred to me, that The Law of Attraction is strangely similar to the Genie in the Lamp….. “I will grant you three wishes, oh Master”. Personally, I think the whole thing is a moneymaking scam, and the only people who have attracted enormous wealth, are the self-appointed “Masters” or “Gurus” who have jumped on the bandwagon. Yes you could say it has worked for them, but has it worked for anybody else? I remain highly sceptical.
I am very interested with this topic. I have a big desire to know more about this thing. But I have many limitations, mainly in financial. Thank you for sending me information. God Bless You.
At school my children are repremanded for daydreaming and not concentrating. At home they’re encouraged to dream and consider that anything is possible. Daydreaming, or whatever else it gets called, is a natural process – let it flow.
Thanks Henk and Nicholas
superb writings which lift others up
sometimes wonder where you’ve
come from !!??
Thank you for this article. I enjoyed this very much and it answers some questions for me regarding those ultradian rest response periods which ,I didn’t know that’s what they were until I read this. I had read somewhere that when that happens after you eat, it’s because it is taking a lot of energy to digest the food. I get those periods quite often. It seems if I just go and rest for a few minutes maybe even dose off I feel better and am more alert. Those times do not seem to be my most intuitive times. But when I am very intuitive I am in a different state of mind. But this information is good to know and I look forward to reading more from you. I enjoy reading everyone else’s comments as well.
I am currently studying the Master Key System. Have you heard of it? It was written in 1909 by Charles F. Haanel and was published in 1912. It is essentially the secret behind “The Secret”. It’s actually where they got “The Secret” from. Quite interesting and those who have studied it and applied it have become very successful. Many great names.
Thanks again,
Claudia
I just want to say that I found Seth’s comment interesting and thought provoking. I also wanted to add that keep in mind that our world is not just created by our conscious thought but, mainly by our unconscious or subconscious thought. We may not even be aware of it. And we are not the only one putting out this thought energy into the world.
Before we are ever born, while we are still in our mother’s womb we are taking in information, stimuli…ie: some people place headphones on the mother’s stomach with soothing music or audios of great writings for the fetus, mothers talk or read to their to their unborn child. The fetus is affected by the mother’s moods and feelings as well as outside stimuli. It has been proven that the child can start learning in the womb. All that we take in is eventually imprinted on our subconscious, things we may have been to young to recall. What is in our subconscious affects us in many ways. Physically, mentally, morally and spiritually without us even realizing it. The key is to realizing it and knowing how to change it. The world without reflects the world within. Listening to the Master Key System will teach you how it works, why it works and how to apply it. I love The Secret but, unfortunately to some only look at the surface of it and it seems to say well, all you have to do is think about it and it will magically appear. To a lot of people this seems far fetched. And it is, if you look at it that way. Make no mistake, your thoughts definitely play a big part in it but, there really is more to it than that. And if you delve deeper into it by listening to the teachers of The Secret you will find that out. The Master Key System will explain it as well actually it explains it very well, since that is the original of the Secret!
Whether you believe in it or not the law of attraction is at work in your life with our without your belief. The question is are you going to learn about it and how to use it to change your life or not. I think I prefer the latter.
Intuitive thought…I am all for it. I have had many experiences with it and I would love hearing more. I would share some of my experiences with intuition and the LOA however I think I have almost written a book here so, I will spare you for now. lol
Thanks,
Claudia
WOW! For quite some time I have been having these exact moments where I have just feel stretched, tired etc, and I have actually allowed myself to just go relax, lie down, sit outside and contemplate; and although there is always the ‘conditioned’ thought that it was wrong to do that, I just couldn’t ignore how liberating it was to do so (some times I even listen to a bit of alpha meditation) It seems to refresh me and my intuition tells me what my next course of action should be.
So I was aware all of this was going on, but now I know why!
Thankyou
Thank you for this wonderful article, now I realize that this is how I have always worked, but recently I had a job in a company with a very tight budget because of the economic times. I was trying to keep completely tuned into my work and I was beating myself up for getting distracted, but your article makes me realize that I was actually getting less done by trying to be efficient, and I was wearing myself out!
Thank You wery much for all those article.I’ts unusually how it appear with the time when I start to be ( slowly ) liquidarist and bretardianist. I’ts happend without my press or intention, yust happend.
I’m so glad to met you and see that some another people also think the same, and THANK YOU TO HAVE THIS SIDE.
( sorry about language,I start by may one end is so……so……)
Viktorija
Thanks, now I know what these phases are called. I get them daily and have noticed that I totally wander and other things come in. I do get loads of ideas. This has just helped me to welcome the switch off as a valuable time of tuning in. Now I can thankfully let go of what I was doing and enjoy the ultrardian rest response with a short meditation and note-taking afterwards.
Hello Henk and Nicholas,
I really enjoyed this article. I have been having these feelings a lot lately and now I will be more in tune with myself when I get this feeling.
Cool that I would come across this message today as I am writing an essay on intuition. I know that I am coming into a new place in my life. Some things just seem to roll off my sleeve. I stopped worrying about things I cannot control and instead get on with the art of iiving the best life I know how. Thank you for the incredible you that you share.
Thank you for sharing this!
Those incredible moments of ‘aha’ or the light turns on, I can
describe as ‘relief’ feelings or movement or a shifting of understanding about an issue I am wanting resolve or a question about why I’m having an unwanted negative feeling. It lets
the resistence in my mind and in my body free. It requires pensiveness at first. then once I let go of the thoughts the ‘intuition’ or ‘yes!” feeling sets in. That KNOWING is powerful. Once I begin to feel knowing about something it brings forth confidence, self-assuredness
and more clarity as well. It’s relief, like a smile inside my heart.
A life changing article. Many thanks for this amazing awareness. I think it is intuition that brought my soul mate to me but during that moment I wasn’t aware.
My first language is Spanish, but I will try to explain my tougths.
Thanks, so much for this article. This Article let me to remember my childrenwood. When I was four o five year old, I knew about LOA, (but then I did’t know what was that) because
when I had that energy, I was feeling like excited mood, I was sure to get any thing that I did wishto get or to happen with no any effort, but after twenty five years old a lost this quality.
I’m so happy to met you, and I bet you , this will help me to refresh my mind.
God bless you
Marina
Thanks also, it is good to have a name to put on a condition I’ve been experiencing a lot this last year. I have been working hard at shifting my consciousness and mindset. It is good to now realize that it is really intuition calling me to rest a little. I’ve tended to wonder, what is going on. How can I be so phased out? Again thanks

hi
henk and nicholas
after your precious article i believe that s ‘ the feeling first and everything after
Hi guys!
I have seen alot of people preaching about the law of attraction and how it works, but it is extremely rare that people go into matters with such intelligence and thorough detail.
Your advice on your chosen subjects hit the spot everytime for me, and, it seems they come at exactly the right times that I need them. And furthermore, I realize something new about myself or my life every time I get an Email from you guys.
Seriously! This info is GOLD!!!
You guys have my vote as one of the best mentors I have ever come across, and I am truly grateful for your contribution to society. Thank you, truly.
Although words are all I can give right now, at least I can make the most of it by giving some advice:
1 Be grateful for the gift of giving,
give life a chance to be fulfilling.
2 Be happy though you know not why,
and live until the day you die.
3 Be the best that you can be,
so you can love your destiny.
…Wow, I think I did it! The Ultradian Rest Responce, I mean! heheh…
You sure did…DO IT!
You culled ‘mega’ information… into six succinct lines…
which I have added to my ’sayings’ file.
A great contribution to the discussion.
Thank you,Throstur,
Throstur
One word, BEAUTIFUL.
Truely beautiful, Love all that you are and others and life will flow..
Thanks Henk and Nicholas,
I’m going to try to catch those moments and set them free and keep an eye out for any intuitive hunches. Also I agree with Seth’s words but for me I am gradually seeing more of life from my ‘being’ perspective. I have had periods of more being and periods of more human – right now I’m edging closer to my being with appreciation and some compassion for my human.
thx henk and nicholas u opened up an area i have been fighting with regards nutan
It’s kind of odd the way people have taken all the natural gifts that they’ve been given, sorted them out, and then thrown out the ones that didn’t make sense (to them).
It’s even more odd I think, that the discarded gifts keep proving themselves, over and over again, and still, people don’t pay attention, just because someone told them not to.
Specifically, when you have a bad feeling about doing something, but you do it anyway, and it comes out badly, wouldn’t that be the right time to decide that listening to your “gut” is the best course of action?
If people would only pay attention to what’s right in front of them, they could get rid of all the things that don’t work and enjoy life more. Your article shows this very clearly.
Hi ! Thanks Henk and Nicholas, ur message is an eye opener. I’ve faced this sort of situation many a time and felt always better when I’ve listened to my inner thoughts. But it has not always not been so when I did not listen to my intution. U have just reminded me that one should give importance to that spl. inner feeling. Warm regards.
Great article. It really broaden up my knowledge. Thanks.
hello . this is great article.thanx for sharing this valuable knowledge. thank u very much.
I intuitively had to say thank you for this insight.
Hi,
Thank you Henk & Nicholas for your valuable article. Indeed, you’ve helped me to understand my inner self better. Really appreciated that!

Fiona
I have had so many of these moments of late and was worried that I had a problem. I will be paying attention to these moments and opening up to the infinite more often.
Thanks. so much
What a wonderful article. I loved it. For several years I have had periods where I simply could not stop yawning, and my eyes would water until the yawning stopped. My boss would tell me she’s concerned about me doing this so frequently (afraid I wasn’t getting enough oxygen). There are also times my eyes get so droopy I’d just think “if I could only go to sleep for a few minutes”. It excites me to discover that it’s my body entering into ultradian rest response. How much have I missed or dismissed not knowing? I am so excited. I am looking forward to these moments now that I’m armed with this information.
Great article guys, thank you.
Thank you for the excellent article. If all of mankind could just take a moment out each day and listen to our heart, what a beautiful world this would be.
T
Great insight on knowing the source of intuition.
Thank you!
Great info.
For me:
Intuition is the one in charge to come up with and idea,
but ractionalizing it is how this idea becomes real.
Hi i have been enjoying every bite of the couse but am still thinking if intuition does not have any relationship with destiny please can you tell more on this
Dear Henk and Nicholas,
Once again you appear at the correct moment! Once again with the amazing truth. So well done and many many thanks.
As I always say about Intuition, I wouldn’t leave home without it! However, I do sometimes forget and in those times I can get myself into a whole load of trouble as I nearly did just recently, whoops!
Never mind I was saved by my wonderful Intuition and your great article. Ho, Hum, Onwards and Upwards
Lots of Love

i never doubt that mind power can also increase the healing ability of the body..~;
i always thought that there is some sort of built in mind power in everyone of us.”..
I have almost always trusted my intuition. And when I listened to my intuition, almost always things just fell into place and happened according to my wishes as if according to plan. As Albert Einsten himself said as quoted in this piece, “The only real valuable thing is intuition,” For a great scientist to say that, there is something in intuition that may defy logic but can only be defined by the esoteric, by things beyond reason, by things only the heart can know or speak of. This piece strengthens my resolve to listen to to my intuition which knows the language of the heart.
I feel truly fortunate to have read this piece. As a psychologist I know that this piece coming into my life at this point is a matter of synchronicity. It comes at a time when I feel I am into something that can change my life forever. Let me in on more pieces like this. Thank you.
